Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen profiles and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with business and hiring stakeholders
- Work on finance-related and customer service hiring requirements
- Maintain communication with candidates during the hiring process
- Manage recruitment data and tracking systems
- Ensure SLA timelines and quality hiring standards are met
