5. Fees, Payments, and Billing

  • Access to job searching and basic job applications is generally free for job seekers.
  • We charge fees for premium employer services, featured job listings, and other value-added features.
  • Payment Processing: All online payments on WorkVapor are processed through Razorpay, our secure third-party payment gateway partner.
  • Payment Security: We do not store or collect your payment card details or net banking credentials. All transaction data is handled securely via Razorpay’s encrypted billing platform.
  • You agree to pay all charges applicable to your selected package, including applicable taxes under Indian law.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Service Activation: Since our premium features and job posting services are digital products, services are typically activated immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation via Razorpay.
  • Refund Eligibility: Once a paid service is active or a job listing is published, fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Failed Transactions: In case of a failed transaction where money is deducted from your bank/wallet but the service is not activated, the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment source by Razorpay within 5-7 working days.
  • For any billing discrepancies, users can contact us at our official support email within 48 hours of the transaction.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, software, and layout, is the intellectual property of WorkVapor. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without explicit written permission.
