3. For Job Seekers

4. For Employers

  • You agree to post only genuine, legitimate job openings. Fake jobs, pyramid schemes, or postings that require candidates to pay an upfront fee for the job are strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your job postings comply with all applicable Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • You agree to use the candidate data (resumes, phone numbers, emails) provided through WorkVapor strictly for recruitment purposes and not for marketing or sharing with unauthorized third parties.

To ensure the security and functionality of the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use any automated software, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access, extract, or download data (including candidate details or job postings) from the Platform.
