Since our platform offers digital services (including but not limited to premium job postings, resume database access, and featured listings), please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Cancellation Policy
- For Subscriptions / Packages: Once an employer purchases a job posting package or subscription, it cannot be canceled mid-duration. The package will remain active until the validity period expires or the job post slots are fully utilized.
- Service Modification: Users cannot cancel or swap an active premium job posting once it has been approved and published on our platform.
2. Refund Policy
- Digital Services: Since the services provided by WorkVapor are digital and intangible, all purchases made on our platform are non-refundable once the service is activated or the product is delivered.
- No Refunds for Unused Services: We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used packages, unused job posting slots, or accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
3. Exceptions and Failed Transactions
We understand that technical glitches can happen. We will process a refund under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally paid twice for the same service/package due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Failed Transactions / Payment Deducted but Service Not Activated: If money is deducted from your bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet via Paytm, but the service is not activated on your WorkVapor account within 24 hours, it will be treated as a failed transaction.
- In such cases, the amount is usually automatically rolled back to your original payment source by Paytm within 5 to 7 working days.
4. How to Request a Refund (For Genuine Technical Issues)
If you meet the criteria for a technical issue or duplicate payment, you can raise a support request:
- Email Us: Send an email from your registered email address to our official support email.
- Required Details: Please include your Name, Registered Email ID, Transaction Date, Amount, Order ID, and the Paytm Transaction ID / Screenshot of the payment.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 48-72 hours. If approved, the refund will be initiated from our end and credited back to your original payment mode via Paytm within 5-7 business days.
