Coding Pro Academy is hiring for Tele Calling Executive. This is a remote work from home position. The company is in Surat, but the role itself is remote. The opening is for candidates who can talk to students and parents about the academy’s courses.
In this role you will call and follow up with prospective students and parents. You will explain courses related to AI Robotics Coding Web Development App Development and other IT subjects. The role also includes counseling support and admission follow-up.
You will help convert inquiries into admissions. You will schedule demo sessions and counseling appointments. You will also maintain lead data follow-up records and handle WhatsApp inquiries.
Responsibilities

Candidates should have good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi. English will be an added advantage. Good convincing and counseling skills are important for this role.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations is required. The company prefers candidates with experience in telecalling sales customer support or educational counseling. Positive attitude confidence and willingness to learn are also expected.
