Nrithya Wellness is hiring a Zumba Fitness Instructor. This is a work from home role. You will teach live Zumba classes for adult women through Zoom. The company is looking for someone who wants to work for the long term.

You will conduct live sessions. You will help new students feel comfortable. You will also support internal activities like class preparation and student communication.

Responsibilities

• Teach live Zumba classes on Zoom.
• Follow the class playbook.
• Welcome new students.
• Help with student onboarding.
• Prepare for classes.
• Support student communication.
• Create basic content.
• Complete assigned team tasks.

Eligibility

• Certified Zumba Instructor or 2+ years of teaching experience.
• Experience teaching adult women.
• Good English or Hindi communication.
• Comfortable using Zoom.
• Punctual and disciplined.
• Looking for a long term commitment.

Work Schedule

• 4 hours per day.
• 6 working days.
• Friday off.
• 3 hours live classes.
• 1 hour internal work.

Salary Details

• First month training: ₹6.25K per month.
• From second month: ₹12.5K per month.
