Human Resource Recruiter
Talent Acquaintance is hiring HR Executives for permanent work from home. The position focuses on international BPO bulk hiring. Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience can apply.
Salary: ₹1.25 to ₹1.5 Lacs per annum
Training Stipend: ₹3K take-home in the first month
Salary From Second Month: ₹12.3K take-home + incentives
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Hiring Office: Jaipur
Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

The work covers recruitment and HR support activities. Candidates will handle sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for international BPO bulk hiring.
- Source candidates based on client requirements.
- Screen suitable candidates.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Support campus hiring and recruitment drives.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and data.
- Support candidate onboarding and induction.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.
- Support other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience.
- Any graduate qualification.
- Graduates who passed out in 2023 or later can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Minimum typing accuracy of 90%.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Stable broadband or Wi-Fi connection is required.
- Inverter or power backup is mandatory.
- Comfortable working from home.
