The work involves teaching students from beginner to practical industry level. Trainers should be comfortable using modern design, video editing, and AI tools.
Video Editing Training
- Teach short-form and long-form video editing.
- Teach Reels, Shorts, and talking-head editing.
- Teach podcast video editing.
- Teach captions, transitions, masking, and effects.
- Teach color grading techniques.
- Teach social media ad creative editing.
- Teach AI-assisted video editing workflows.
- Use Filmora and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Use After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
- Teach mobile editing tools such as VN and InShot.
Graphic Design Training
- Teach social media creative design.
- Teach posters, ads, and thumbnails.
- Teach branding and logo design.
- Teach vector design.
- Teach photo manipulation.
- Teach print and layout design.
- Teach AI-assisted graphic design workflows.
- Use Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Use Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
AI Skills
Candidates should understand modern AI tools for creative work. Knowledge of generative AI, background removal, object removal, AI captions, image generation, video generation, and content enhancement is required.
Requirements
- Intermediate to expert-level skills.
- Ability to teach beginners from scratch.
- Bengali, Hindi, and English communication skills.
- Strong communication and student-handling skills.
- Current knowledge of social media trends.
- Current knowledge of AI trends.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Relevant portfolio is required.
- 2 to 3 work samples are required.
