Salary – Freshers: ₹18K – ₹20K per month
Salary – Experienced: ₹20K – ₹22K per month
The selected candidate will communicate with farmers according to provided SOPs. The work also includes checking photo and video evidence submitted by field staff. Accurate validation and timely issue reporting are required.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with farmers over phone calls.
- Follow provided SOPs.
- Review photo evidence from field staff.
- Review video evidence from field staff.
- Validate submitted evidence against project guidelines.
- Identify missing information.
- Identify data discrepancies.
- Identify errors in field records.
- Maintain validation logs.
- Prepare daily issue reports.
- Share issue reports through email.
- Coordinate with field teams.
- Support quick issue resolution.
- Coordinate data resubmission when required.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Graduate qualification is preferred.
- Prior calling experience is preferred.
- Data validation experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with farmers.
- Ability to work with rural stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Alternate Wetting and Drying is an advantage.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in the local state or district language.
- Hindi proficiency is preferred.
- Punjabi proficiency is preferred.
