NCR Eduservices Pvt. Ltd. is hiring English Evaluators for a full-time work-from-home position. The role involves evaluating phonics-based reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native teachers. Candidates should have strong English and phonics knowledge.

Working Pattern: 1st and 3rd Saturday working, all Sundays off
The selected candidate will review recorded reading and pronunciation sessions. The work includes evaluation, feedback, record keeping, and regular calibration. A strong understanding of phonics is required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate recorded reading sessions.
- Evaluate recorded pronunciation sessions.
- Review sessions conducted by US teachers.
- Review sessions conducted by UK teachers.
- Assess teacher performance using set rubrics.
- Check adherence to evaluation guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Suggest areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate evaluation records.
- Maintain feedback records.
- Follow a data-driven evaluation approach.
- Attend regular training sessions.
- Attend calibration sessions.
- Maintain consistency in evaluations.
- Apply phonics knowledge during assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education.
- Bachelor's degree in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics.
- Related educational qualification may be considered.
- Strong understanding of phonics principles.
- Knowledge of phonics in reading.
- Knowledge of phonics in pronunciation.
- Familiarity with US phonics curriculum standards.
- Familiarity with UK phonics curriculum standards.

- Age requirement: 18–27 years.
Work Schedule
The position requires 6 working days per week. The 1st and 3rd Saturdays are working days. All Sundays are off. Working hours are 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.
