Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential property buyers
• Explain projects, pricing, locations, and amenities
• Understand customer requirements
• Qualify potential leads
• Generate customer interest
• Schedule property and site visits
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain customer details and call records
• Update Excel or CRM records
• Coordinate with the sales team
• Achieve calling and lead-generation targets

Salary: ₹18K to ₹22K per month for freshers.

Experienced Candidates: Salary is negotiable.
