Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Collect feedback about vehicle services.
- Maintain accurate call records.
- Meet daily calling targets.
Requirements
- Fluent Assamese is mandatory.
- Basic Hindi and English skills are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Laptop or desktop required.
- USB BPO headset required.
- Internet speed of at least 80 Mbps.
- Power backup is required.
- Freshers are welcome.
