The work involves monthly branch audits and gold loan checks. Candidates will verify cash, documents, KYC, gold inventory, security, and audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly branch audits as per the audit calendar.
• Check branch opening and closing procedures.
• Verify cash books and branch cash balances.
• Check loan documents and KYC records.
• Verify pledge documentation.
• Check total gold inventory.
• Verify gold ornaments by weight and purity.
• Check item count and item type.
• Review gold loan auction procedures.
• Conduct branch security checks.
• Prepare and submit monthly audit reports.
• Submit self-reports for completed audits.
• Highlight audit deviations and issues.
• Classify issues based on assigned severity levels.
• Identify and report fraud cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of gold audit experience.
• Gold audit experience is mandatory.
• Accounts audit experience is required.
• Any graduation qualification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of audit procedures.
• Good analytical and verification skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate audit records.
• Good understanding of compliance checks.
