The position is for an international customer support process. Freshers are eligible. Candidates should not have previous UAN history.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice calls.
- Provide accurate customer support.
- Communicate clearly with international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow process and quality guidelines.
- Maintain professional communication during calls.
- Meet assigned performance targets.
- Complete customer interactions as per process requirements.
Requirements
- Freshers only.
- 0 to 1 year of experience.
- Graduate and undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Pune candidates only.
- Candidates must be comfortable with US shifts.
- Previous UAN history is not allowed.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work from home.
Work Details
The position is fully remote but restricted to Pune candidates. Candidates will work in a US shift with any two weekly offs.
