Responsibilities:
- Call customers for collections and provide support
- Maintain accurate records of calls and payments
- Share correct information about banking services
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
- Assist the banking operations team as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate (any field)
- Age 20–29 years
- Strong Hindi communication; basic English
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexible to work from home or onsite in Rourkela
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
