About the Role
This role is suitable for candidates who are good at communication and client handling. You will interact with customers through calls and messages to provide updates, confirmations, and support services.
Key Responsibilities & Work
- Communicate with clients via phone calls and text messages
- Share updates about schedules, services, and appointments
- Maintain proper records of client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
- Handle basic customer queries and follow-ups professionally
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working in evening shift
Work Schedule & Setup
- Monday to Friday working
- Shift timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
