Teaching Responsibilities
- Conduct live 1-to-1 online classes for Grades 1–10.
- Teach Hindi and/or Sanskrit as per the student’s curriculum.
- Prepare lessons based on student needs.
- Explain grammar, literature, reading, and writing clearly.
- Help with homework and assignments.
- Support revision and exam preparation.
- Conduct practice sessions and assessments.
- Track student progress.
- Give useful and clear feedback.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Coordinate with the academic team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Sanskrit, or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with CBSE, ICSE, or other school curricula is preferred.
- Online teaching experience is an advantage.
- Ability to teach primary to secondary students.
- Patient and responsible approach.
- Comfortable with 1-to-1 teaching.
- Laptop or desktop with stable internet is required.
- Suitable online teaching setup is required.
- Must be comfortable conducting a demo class.
