Job Description
• Should be experienced in End to end IT recruitment.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, monster, Linkedin etc.
• Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communication etc according to the given job description.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with technical team and get feedbacks in time.
• Ability to do offer negotiations with the candidates, offering and onboarding them on stipulated time.
• Good in MS excel, report generation.
• Maintaining recruitment reports, identifying areas of improvement and executing process changes.
• Initiating and participating in placement drives as per requirement (campus drives, walk-ins )
