• Handle international customer service inquiries in Nepali language
• Provide accurate interpretation and communication support
• Work in international voice / blended process
• Maintain high standards of verbal and listening skills

Eligibility & Skills:

• Fluency in Nepali is mandatory
• Excellent English speaking and understanding required
• Any dropout / 12th pass / UG / Graduate can apply
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
