Mighty Warner Infoserve is hiring for Telecaller. This is an internal hiring opening. The work mode is remote or onsite. The office location is Kochi, Kerala.
The role is for freshers and experienced candidates. You will make outbound calls to potential customers and leads. You will explain digital marketing services in a simple way.
The company wants someone who can support lead generation and client communication. You will also update lead status and help the sales team with follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
- Explain SEO social media marketing website development Google Ads and branding services
- Identify customer needs
- Share suitable service options
- Collect leads from online platforms and business directories
- Follow up with interested leads
- Update lead status regularly
- Coordinate meetings with the sales team
- Send reminders for follow-ups and pending tasks
- Maintain call reports and lead tracking sheets
- Support appointment scheduling
- Handle objections in a professional way
- Support client onboarding
The company prefers candidates with telecalling telesales customer service or lead generation experience. Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage. Malayalam and English communication is preferred.
You should be confident in speaking with clients. Good follow-up and coordination skills are important. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills will also help in this role.
Requirements
- Previous telecalling or telesales experience preferred
- Customer service or lead generation background is helpful
- Basic digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to search and collect business leads online
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Malayalam and English preferred
- Responsible punctual and target-oriented
