Plan B Consulting is hiring female Recruiters for a permanent remote position. The hiring office is in Delhi / NCR. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience can apply. The salary is ₹1.5 to ₹2.5 Lacs per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Handle client management and hiring requirements.
• Work on lateral hiring processes.
• Support leadership hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates during the hiring process.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and follow-ups.
• Work with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment records and regular updates.
• Manage a recruitment team when required.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in client management.
• Experience in lateral hiring.
• Experience in leadership hiring.
• Team management experience is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• B.Com or B.Tech / B.E. qualification is applicable.
• Willingness to work permanently from home.

Work Details

• Shift timing is 10 AM to 7 PM.
• The shift includes a 30-minute break.
• A 2-year service commitment is required.
• An experience letter will not be provided if the candidate leaves before completing 2 years.
