Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in communicating with potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and addressing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle a variety of calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Inbound Calls:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude on calls.
  • Sales Support:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
  • Data Management:
  • Record customer interactions, including details of inquiries and follow-up actions, in the CRM system.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential and existing customers.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Report recurring issues or suggestions to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in local languages and English.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, insurance, retail) if applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10K per month
