1 Benchmark TCS iON PAPER product with other products and analyze the gap.
2 Analyse customer needs and design a generic implementation
3 Build USP’s for the product in Indian market and International market
4 Define / track / deliver product deliverables as part of Product Roadmap
5 Customer Presentations on key capabilities
6 Supporting User Acceptance Testing of the product
7 Review the UI and suggest improvements
8 Analytics at various eco system level such as Item level analytics, Assessment level analytics, Candidate analytics etc
9 Apply design thinking principles in defining new product capabilities
10 Product releases
11 Competitor Analysis & Ability to research and provide good product insights
