About the Job
Ottawa Tech Heroes is hiring an International Sales Executive. The role focuses on US business clients. You will promote website development, mobile apps, SEO, and digital marketing services.
Candidates must have prior experience with US outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US businesses.
- Identify potential clients for digital services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Explain services to business owners and managers.
- Schedule follow-up calls and meetings.
- Maintain lead records in the CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Take on sales closing responsibilities as you gain experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- US outbound calling experience is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections.
- Experience in IT services or digital marketing sales is preferred.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary of ₹20K–₹35K per month.
- Sales incentives may apply after moving to sales closing.
- No sales incentives during the initial lead-generation phase.
- Training on services and sales processes.

Work Schedule
- Shift: 8:30 PM–5:30 AM IST.
- Monday to Saturday, with only the first and third Saturdays working as specified.
- Night-shift availability is mandatory.
