Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
• Source, screen, and shortlist IT candidates via portals & social media
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in IT recruitment
• Experience hiring developers, testers, and IT roles
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Female candidates only (Diversity hiring – WFH)
