Job Role - Sales Team Management Work

In this role, main work is to handle sales team and achieve targets. You will also help in client interaction and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide sales team members
• Work on daily and monthly targets
• Support in client calls and deal closing
• Check team performance and improve it
• Help in new member onboarding
• Maintain proper communication in team
• Share updates with management

Marketing Work

• Promote products using social media
• Do direct outreach to clients
• Take part in marketing campaigns
• Learn about market and customer behavior

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in sales or retail work preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with target based work
• Self motivated for work from home setup
• FMCG or similar field experience is helpful
