Job Vacancy: Picker

Job Title: Picker
Department: Store Operations / Order Fulfilment

Job Responsibilities

• Pick products from store shelves as per customer orders.
• Ensure the correct product, quantity, and size are picked.
• Check product quality, expiry dates, and packaging before picking.
• Pack orders properly and ensure they are ready for dispatch.
• Complete orders within the assigned time to meet delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with store team members to resolve product availability issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area.
• Follow store SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Report missing, damaged, or unavailable products to the supervisor.

Required Skills

• Basic reading and understanding skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and time management skills.
• Basic smartphone knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: 10th Pass or above preferred.
• Experience: Freshers can apply; retail experience is an advantage.
• Age: As per company policy.
