About This Opportunity
This is a customer service role in financial services company. In this job, you will help card members with account related queries, support issues, and service requests. You will also handle customer experience and basic sales offers.
Job Role - Card Member Support Service Work
Main work is to assist customers, solve their problems, and provide information about services and products. You will also support in cross selling and account upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries for card accounts
- Solve service and account related issues
- Provide good customer support experience
- Follow company process and service guidelines
- Offer product upgrades and cross selling
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality service
- Work in rotational and night shifts if required
Who Can Apply
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
- Graduates in any stream
- Good communication skills candidates
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Willing to work in hybrid setup
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum graduation required
- No long gap between education and joining preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to learn and work in support role
- Ability to handle customer interaction
Salary Details
