This is a voice and chat support process.
You need to talk to customers politely.
You will help with product and service questions.
You will also solve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Reply to customer calls and chat messages
• Give correct information about products and services
• Handle complaints in a calm and polite way
• Record customer details in the system
• Work with team to improve customer experience
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
• Stay updated with company products and policies

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Polite and customer friendly behavior
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Ready to work in rotational shifts
• Evening and weekend shifts may apply
• BPO experience is good but not compulsory

Work Details
Shift timing is 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
It is a full-time office based work.
Training will be provided if needed.
