Main Responsibilities

• Source carriers for US domestic freight
• Negotiate freight rates and close loads
• Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
• Track loads and update clients regularly
• Handle shipment delays and issues
• Maintain records using TMS systems
• Meet monthly sales and margin targets

Skills Required

Candidates should have at least 1 year of freight broker or freight logistics experience. Knowledge of Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed operations is important. Good communication skills are required for this work. You should also be able to work in a fast moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing shipper or carrier network
• Knowledge of TMS and CRM tools
• Understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Experience in US shift operations
