About the Work

You will talk with candidates and employers in scheduled sessions. You will understand their needs and suggest the right services. You will also help with career planning resume improvement interview preparation and job search guidance.

This role also includes sales and customer success work. You will follow up with leads. You will convert consultations into paid enrollments. You will maintain customer records in the CRM system. You will also create career-related content and videos when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online and telephonic consultation sessions
• Guide candidates on career planning and job search
• Present and explain recruitment technology services
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Follow up with leads and prospects
• Convert consultations into paid services
• Maintain CRM records
• Create career guidance and job opportunity content
• Record professional videos when required

• Excellent spoken English Hindi and regional language skills
