Intellics Global Services is hiring for IT Recruiter. This is a full-time work from home position. The hiring office is in Chennai, but the role itself is remote. This opening is only for women candidates.
The company is looking for candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment. Candidates must have at least 2 years of C2H hiring experience. The role is for end-to-end IT recruitment and client handling.
You will work on contract and permanent IT hiring. You will source and screen candidates based on client requirements. You will also coordinate interviews follow-ups and recruitment documentation.
The role needs good understanding of IT technologies and technical skills. Candidates should be able to work independently and manage hiring requirements with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
- Work on contract and permanent hiring
- Source and screen candidates
- Understand client technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment database and documentation
- Work on multiple technologies and IT skill requirements
Candidates should have experience in IT recruitment and C2H hiring. Good communication and coordination skills are important. Experience with large clients will be helpful. The company also wants candidates who have worked on different technology stacks.
Qualification can be BSc Computers BCA MCA BTech or BE. Candidates should have their own laptop or desktop with reliable Wi-Fi. Maximum employment gap allowed is 6 months. Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 7 days are preferred.
Work Schedule
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Week Off: 2nd and 4th Saturdays
- All Sundays off
