Black and White Business Solutions is hiring for Live Underwriter. This is a remote work from home position. The hiring office is in Gurugram, but the role itself is remote. The company is looking for candidates with mortgage underwriting experience.
This role is for candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience. You will work on live underwriting and mortgage loan underwriting tasks. The job includes credit analysis income analysis and risk review of mortgage loan applications.
You will review mortgage files and loan documents. You will study credit reports income details and collateral information. You will make underwriting decisions based on guidelines and make sure approvals are accurate and timely.
The company is looking for candidates who understand the 4 C’s of underwriting. These include Credit Capacity Capital and Collateral. Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred for this opening.
Responsibilities
- Review and underwrite mortgage loan applications
- Analyze loan documents and credit reports
- Check income details and collateral information
- Make underwriting decisions as per guidelines
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in loan files
- Support timely approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve loan issues
Candidates should have experience in Live Underwriting and Mortgage Loan Underwriting. Skills in credit analysis income analysis and risk assessment are important for this role. Knowledge of loan documentation and underwriting guidelines is also required.
Any graduate can apply if they have relevant experience. The shift for this role is night shift in IST. The company is considering candidates with notice period up to 30 days.
