Teleperformace is hiring candidates for an e-commerce voice process. The position is permanent work from home. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹1.5 to ₹3 Lacs per annum

The work involves handling customer queries through voice calls. Support will be provided for orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and other e-commerce services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries with accurate information.
• Assist customers with orders and deliveries.
• Support return and refund-related queries.
• Maintain good customer service standards.
• Follow process and quality guidelines.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Update customer details in the system.
• Maintain accurate call records.
• Provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• 0 to 5 years of experience.
• Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Good typing skills are required.
• Comfortable handling voice calls.
• Core i5 7th Gen or above system is required.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM is required.
• Stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps is required.
• USB noise-cancellation headset is mandatory.
• UPS or power backup is mandatory.
• SHL System Check Report is required.
• Must be comfortable working six days a week.
• One rotational week off will be provided.

Work Details

The position is available on a Pan-India basis. Candidates from Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible.
