Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues.
- Maintain professional communication.
- Attend training and complete certification.
- Stay camera-ready during shifts, training and interviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+2; graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication.
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights.
