Digital Amigos is hiring a creative Video Editor to produce engaging reels, promotional videos and social media content. The role involves using video editing software and AI tools to create polished, high-quality videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, reels and short-form content.
- Add subtitles, music, transitions, sound effects and graphics.
- Improve audio quality and perform basic colour correction.
- Use AI tools for captions, audio cleanup, background removal and supporting visuals.
- Follow content briefs and brand guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback and meet deadlines.
- Export videos in suitable formats and organise project files.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
- Familiarity with AI editing tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway or Canva.
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling and audio synchronisation.
- Ability to review AI-generated content and correct errors.
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Laptop or desktop suitable for video editing.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and basic motion graphics is an advantage.
