Mahalaxmi Engineering Works is hiring an Area Sales Manager to promote Bubble GUARD sheets in the Mumbai market. The role focuses on customer acquisition, dealer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and customer accounts.
- Build relationships with distributors, dealers and customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitors and report market insights.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries and payment follow-ups.
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass.
- Sales experience preferred, especially in building materials, plastics or industrial products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Mumbai market knowledge is an advantage.
