Zodiac Tech is hiring an AutoCAD Designer & 3D Visualizer to convert architectural drawings into detailed 3D models. Freshers with basic design knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit 2D architectural drawings.
- Convert floor plans and layouts into 3D models.
- Add materials, textures, lighting and furniture.
- Develop interactive 3D property views for websites.
- Explore AI tools for design and visualization.
- Coordinate with the team and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Understanding of floor plans and architectural layouts.
- Familiarity with Blender, SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
- Knowledge of Three.js, WebGL or JavaScript is an advantage.
- Own computer and stable internet connection required.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- 3D modeling and architectural rendering.
- Interactive 3D walkthroughs.
- Basic HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
- AI-assisted design and 3D asset creation.
