About the Job

Learners Note is hiring knowledgeable online tutors to teach students through one-on-one live classes on Google Meet. Candidates can apply for Computer Science or Arabic, depending on their qualifications and subject expertise.

Subjects & Qualifications

• Computer Science: Up to Grade 12. B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, MCA, BCA, M.Tech, or equivalent qualification required.
• Arabic: Up to Grade 10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Arabic required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online tutoring sessions.
• Explain concepts clearly and help students understand their subjects.
• Prepare lessons and follow the provided syllabus.
• Engage students and monitor their learning progress.
• Maintain a professional online classroom environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of teaching or relevant subject experience.
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Good presentation and classroom management skills.
• Desktop or laptop; mobile devices are not supported.
• YouCam software installed for session recording.
• Stable, high-speed Wi-Fi and a quiet workspace.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off.
• Class timings: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Minimum commitment: 4 hours per day.
• Maximum 4 classes per day.
• Breaks: 6:00–6:30 PM and 8:30–9:00 PM.
• Availability for at least 6 days per week is required.

Salary & Benefits

• Initial payment is performance-based.
• Salary is credited on the 15th of each month for sessions conducted in the previous month.
• Appraisal eligibility after 15 months.
• Students may be assigned for the full academic year after successful completion of the demo.
• Training, syllabus, lesson plans, and reference materials are provided.
• TDS deduction and Form 16 apply as per relevant regulations.

Interview Process

1. HR interview.
2. Technical or subject evaluation.
3. A 7–10-minute PowerPoint demo class through Google Meet.
4. Final discussion and onboarding.
