About the Job
PurpleBits Infosystems is a healthcare IT company. It has served over 250 hospitals across India. The company is hiring telecallers to promote PurpleIPD, its hospital documentation software.
Key Responsibilities
- Call hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.
- Introduce PurpleIPD and explain its benefits.
- Find and qualify new leads.
- Collect details about hospitals and decision-makers.
- Schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Update call records and lead details.
- Meet daily and monthly targets.
Requirements
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred.
- Healthcare software sales experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of EMR, HIMS, or hospital software is preferred.
- Good spoken Hindi and English skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up with leads.
