Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
• Explain courses fees and admission process
• Follow up with interested students
• Convert leads into admissions
• Maintain student database and follow-up records
• Coordinate professionally with students and parents
• Help students choose suitable courses
• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets
• Handle telecalling activities confidently
