WisGrad Education is hiring Student Counsellors for full-time work. The company is looking for candidates with good communication skills. The work is mainly about student counselling and admissions support. Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.

The candidate will speak with students and parents through calls and WhatsApp. You will explain education programs and help students with admission process. Follow-up work and lead handling are also important in this position.

Good English and Malayalam speaking skills are needed. Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage. Candidates should also know basic computer work and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents
• Explain WisGrad education programs
• Follow up through calls WhatsApp and email
• Convert leads into student admissions
• Maintain call logs and CRM updates
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets
• Report daily work performance

Requirements

• Graduate candidates can apply
• 1 to 2 years counselling experience preferred
• Freshers with sales skills can apply
• Good English communication
• Malayalam language knowledge required
• Hindi knowledge is a plus
• Basic Excel and CRM knowledge
• Good persuasion and listening skills
