AdsDial is hiring for sales and client relationship work. This is a remote opening. You will talk with clients and explain ad services in a clear way.

The company works with audio ads, video ads, AI ads, jingles, 3D animation, and branding content. This work needs strong communication and good confidence.

About The Work

This is a client handling and sales support kind of work. You will connect with leads through CRM, calls, and WhatsApp. You will also help turn leads into clients.

You will understand client needs. Then you will suggest the right ad service. You will also keep follow-ups active and clean.

Main Responsibilities

• Talk with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp
• Use CRM for lead follow-up
• Convert leads into clients
• Understand business needs
• Explain ad products and branding services
• Build good client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Work on monthly sales targets

What They Need

• Minimum 3 years sales experience
• Advertising or media background is required
• Other industry candidates can apply only if they know ads well
• Strong speaking and convincing skill
• Good remote work discipline
• Confident and professional communication
• Hindi and English fluency
• Reading and writing in both languages

Salary and Incentives

Monthly salary can go up to ₹35K after the target is met. If the target is not met, deductions may apply based on sales performance. Extra 5% incentives are available on excess amount after target achievement.
