About The Work

The selected candidate will manage freight operations and coordinate with shippers and carriers. The work includes load booking rate negotiation and shipment tracking.

Candidates should know US freight operations and work comfortably in target-based environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Source and manage carriers
• Handle US domestic freight loads
• Negotiate freight rates
• Coordinate pickup and delivery
• Track shipments and updates
• Resolve shipment issues and delays
• Maintain TMS records
• Meet sales and margin targets

Skills Required

• Freight brokerage experience
• Good negotiation skills
• Communication skills
• TMS and CRM knowledge
• Fast-paced work handling
• US shift work experience

Preferred Knowledge

• Dry Van operations
• Reefer freight handling
• Flatbed freight knowledge
• DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Existing shipper or carrier network
