- Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP experience
- Experience in Hiring & Onboarding OR Payroll Operations

- Ability to work independently from home
- Comfortable working US night shifts

Hiring & Recruitment
- Driver recruitment and screening
- Candidate management through ATS
- Amazon Portal onboarding
- Background checks and drug testing coordination
Compliance & Documentation
- ADP
- I-9
- E-Verify
- Candidate documentation and records
Payroll Operations
- Timecard and payroll processing
- Attendance management
- PTO and bonus tracking
- Payroll adjustments
- Maintaining accurate payroll documentation
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25K – ₹60K/month
- Starting salary: ₹25K/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹20K/month
