The company is hiring for both junior and senior recruiter positions. The work focuses on consulting recruitment and ITES or Technology Services hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for technology and non-technology positions.
• Handle recruitment requirements for ITES hiring.
• Work on consulting recruitment assignments.
• Source candidates through suitable recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Handle BPO and IT hiring requirements.
• Support lateral hiring activities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with candidates during the hiring process.
• Support recruitment for challenging hiring mandates.

Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Consulting recruitment experience is preferred.
• Experience in ITES or Technology Services hiring is preferred.
• Knowledge of non-tech and tech hiring.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Any graduate qualification.

Available Positions

• Junior Recruiter: 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Junior Recruiter salary: Up to ₹1.8 LPA plus incentives.
• Senior Recruiter: 2+ years of experience.
• Senior Recruiter salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA plus incentives.
