🧾 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual customer support to Amazon customers via chat/email/voice
• Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, shipping, etc.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely responses
• Follow up on customer issues until resolution
• Work in rotational shifts (if required)

🛠️ Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Stable internet connection
• Ability to follow instructions and complete training/assessments
• Must be residing in one of the eligible states

💸 Salary:

• ₹2.0 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA
  (Salary depends on experience and interview performance)
