Acelot Innovation Private Limited is expanding its Blue & Grey Collar recruitment network across South and West India. The company is looking for experienced recruiters who can handle hiring from sourcing to successful joining.
The role is suitable for freelance recruiters, recruitment agencies, sub-vendors, and experienced people returning to recruitment work. Payment is based on successful candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through local networks, referrals, WhatsApp groups, ITIs, polytechnics, job fairs, job portals, and field sourcing.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Explain salary, shift, work location, and benefits to candidates before interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and selection.
- Complete candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate candidate movement and deployment.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Improve interview-to-joining conversion.
- Support candidate retention and replacement needs.
- Maintain recruitment and joining records.
- Achieve agreed monthly joining targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of Blue & Grey Collar recruitment experience.
- Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Strong local candidate network.
- Experience in field recruitment and candidate mobilisation.
- Knowledge of technician, manufacturing, facility management, and logistics profiles.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong candidate follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to meet joining commitments.
