About The Work

You will reply to customer messages on Instagram and WhatsApp. You will share product details pricing and customer support in a polite way.

You may also help customers in-store during free time. Team coordination and customer follow-up will also be part of daily work.

• Handle WhatsApp customer queries
• Share pricing and product details
• Support customer follow-up
• Help with in-store sales
• Coordinate with team members
