Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Follow up with new and existing leads.
• Prepare business proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client proposals.
• Update client and lead information in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
• Track leads, follow-ups, proposals, and deal status.
• Find new business opportunities through online sources.
• Build strong relationships with international clients.
• Negotiate with qualified leads.
• Support successful business conversions.
• Maintain client communication records.
• Participate in online meetings when required.

Eligibility

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Ability to communicate with international clients.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of business proposals and quotations.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads.
• 1–3 years of Business Development, International Sales, B2B Sales, or Client Handling experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong English communication may also apply.
