Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam)
• Basic knowledge of sales / marketing
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle calls and student interactions
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in education / training / EdTech industry
• Familiarity with digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn)
